In recognition of meritorious service to the profession, IRMSA's Executive Committee may award Honorary Life Membership status to a member (associate or fellow). The member concerned should have contributed significantly to the Enterprise Risk Management profession, i.e.:

	Development of new strategies for IRMSA/ Enterprise Risk Management profession;
	and / or enhancing services to members (corporate and/or individual);
	and / or enhancing the image of IRMSA with industry and/or risk management professionals.

Nominations can be received from any source, but are subject to approval by the IRMSA Executive Committee. The Membership Committee will consider the nominations and make recommendations to the Executive Committee to either award the HLM or to decline the nomination.
